Autonomy Therapy was founded with the intention to help clients explore and restore their relationships to their bodies and movement, while redefining limiting beliefs about what it means to be "healthy."


This course was cultivated with several clinicians in mind:

  • Clinicians who are new to the field of mental health and dietetics
  • Clinicians who are new to the field of eating disorders and body image issues
  • Clinicians who currently work with eating disorders, and want to gain additional education in the nuances of providing effective, safe, and collaborative care
